Yesterday I had it easy. Still went to the gym with my mom ate A LOT healthier than I did yesterday.
Breakfast: Gluten Free Honey Nut Cheerios Snack: Grapes Lunch: not quite sure if this is "healthy," but it has protein in it: Steak Snack: Grapes Dinner: Chicken and to drink with all of that I had WATER. As my friend Damon always said to my classmates and I "You're body is a temple," not sure where he got it from, but in order to make sure your body is healthy you have to nourish it. (Not sure if that sentence makes sense.......story of my life though.....oh well!) Today I slept over at my friend Rachel's house and went to Starbucks for breakfast sooooooo my breakfast wasn't as healthy as it was yesterday day. ANYWAYYYYYYY have a great day today.

Last time we spoke I mentioned that I was going to the gym and the time before that I mentioned that I was going to eat healthier. Well, here's an update for you. After my mom and I went to they gym for about an hour and a half we left and ran some errands. When I got home I was so starved that I ate half a bag of Lay's Barbecue Chips and let me tell you.....THEY WERE DELICIOUS. I was supposed to wait till we got actual food, but I couldn't. After that we had went to a farmers market which might I add was pretty cool. I like how they were sectioned by each country except for the fruit and the meat section. Anyway after that I had done a little shopping and bought a few things at Forever 21 and later that day............. I ate a cupcake! After I told my mom and myself that I would cut down on sugar, but I've been doing the opposite. For dinner I had helped my mom make some blueberry muffins that did not turn out the way I thought it would (pictures will be below of the farmers market and muffins.)
GOODMORNING! I want to take you guys along with this gym journey for the next few months. I want to show you my results. I will also be doing some workout at home instead of the gym because some of the exercises don't need gym equipment. For example, there are exercises that I can use my own body weight or just do planks and other exercises. I will most likely be posting pictures of my progress or I might just do the before picture and the after picture.
xoxo Stay tuned for my next post later today Today my mother and I went to the gym for our assessment thing for a trainer ( I know very detailed), but this summer is my first summer not dancing at a camp or going to camp so I wanted to stay in shape. My mom and I will be going to LA fitness to workout three times a week and hopefully I stick to this plan, because otherwise I will be at home in bed eating a whole bunch of junk food. Although that sounds amazing I still need that summer body for pool time and hopefully some beach time down in Florida with my fam and hopefully my boyfriend will tag along.
I highly encourage you guys to go outside even if it's for 30 minutes. Being outside just absolutely brightens my mood, getting that fresh air and absorbing the sun (with sunscreen of course) is a great feeling. With me going to the gym I'm not going to lose weight, I'm going to gain muscles, and I would like to make my core stronger as well as my back. I also have bulky legs and I would like to slim them down, but not lose the muscle that I have. I also am most going because I would like to stay in shape because I'm not dancing at a camp or going to a camp this summer. I also HOPEFULLY plan on eating healthier meaning not eating 5 cupcakes and a large bowl of pasta in one sitting. I'm mostly just going to cut back on the sugar and possibly go gluten free for 6 weeks just to see if I feel any better/ cleaner Hope you guys had a wonderful day so far. xoxox Today's day was such a great, fun, day filled with my family. This morning I started off going to my baby cousin's graduation!! He's finally done with elementary and he's going to middle school now, he said to his father "Dad, I made it," but my mom and I didn't want to ruin his day and tell him that he has a long way to go. At this graduation I saw Waka Flocka with his daughter and her mom. I was going to ask for a picture, but I decided against it because he's with his family and I didn't want to intrude. After graduation was over I went back home with my mom ate a giant bowl of pasta meat, then went back out with my mom to go get our feet massaged. Everyone needs to treat yourself every now and then. I spent all day with my mom and it was absolutely amazing. I love spending time with my mom, she's one of my best friends. Always spend sometime with you're family and never take that for granted.

Don't sit around and do nothing, but eat chips and drink soda and binge watch Netflix seasons. Do something active and gets you out the house. Summer is full of beautiful days that are meant to be spend outside. Either it's having a family picnic, grilling outside, or inviting over a bunch of friends to have a water balloon fight something exciting. It doesn't have to be something out of this world. Just have to get out of the house even if that means going for a drive to target ( I'll be doing that a lot......gotta love target). WELL, I hope you guys have fantastic summer that doesn't involve sitting on you bum all day!
