Yesterday I had it easy. Still went to the gym with my mom ate A LOT healthier than I did yesterday.
Breakfast: Gluten Free Honey Nut Cheerios
Lunch: not quite sure if this is "healthy," but it has protein in it: Steak
and to drink with all of that I had WATER. As my friend Damon always said to my classmates and I "You're body is a temple," not sure where he got it from, but in order to make sure your body is healthy you have to nourish it. (Not sure if that sentence makes sense.......story of my life though.....oh well!)
Today I slept over at my friend Rachel's house and went to Starbucks for breakfast sooooooo my breakfast wasn't as healthy as it was yesterday day. ANYWAYYYYYYY have a great day today.
