Today my mother and I went to the gym for our assessment thing for a trainer ( I know very detailed), but this summer is my first summer not dancing at a camp or going to camp so I wanted to stay in shape. My mom and I will be going to LA fitness to workout three times a week and hopefully I stick to this plan, because otherwise I will be at home in bed eating a whole bunch of junk food. Although that sounds amazing I still need that summer body for pool time and hopefully some beach time down in Florida with my fam and hopefully my boyfriend will tag along.
I highly encourage you guys to go outside even if it's for 30 minutes. Being outside just absolutely brightens my mood, getting that fresh air and absorbing the sun (with sunscreen of course) is a great feeling. With me going to the gym I'm not going to lose weight, I'm going to gain muscles, and I would like to make my core stronger as well as my back. I also have bulky legs and I would like to slim them down, but not lose the muscle that I have. I also am most going because I would like to stay in shape because I'm not dancing at a camp or going to a camp this summer. I also HOPEFULLY plan on eating healthier meaning not eating 5 cupcakes and a large bowl of pasta in one sitting. I'm mostly just going to cut back on the sugar and possibly go gluten free for 6 weeks just to see if I feel any better/ cleaner Hope you guys had a wonderful day so far. xoxox
